Heather, a bicycling enthusiast who enjoys arts and crafts projects of all kinds, donated two surplus bikes after discovering Freewheels Houston on Google. The favorite at the Freewheels shop is a bike that she prepped for Houston’s unique Art Car Parade, the largest event of its kind in the world.

She reported that she still has a bike that she rides on the Sims Bayou Greenway and other trails along Houston’s waterways.

Freewheels receives bike donations on Friday and Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon at our shop at 6020 Jessamine #103.
